I have checked and done all you have suggested but to no avail. I have had the problem for at least two years now.
Attached is the Log.txt file which might indicate where the problem lies.
Thanks

According to the log file, the process is executed correctly, but with the default settings. This means that the entry in the INI file is not found. Possible causes: the file is in the wrong path or there is a syntax error in the file. Note: The keys are case-sensitive.

Regarding force feedback: Please update the helicopter. According to the log file, you are still using version 5.31, which does not yet support this feature.

Impressive support especially as you are freeware.
I have checked all is in the correct place. Not surprisingly it was - bear in mind I have been flying you aircraft for several years now.
I deleted all ec135 files everywhere on my computer including the x Plane 11 files and installed your latest latest version version 5.33.
I noticed two things I do not understand.
1- In the drop down for the ec135 in the main X Plane window there are options for the cyclic including the force feed back cyclic base. Selecting them other than the first option cannot be done.
2. The ec135 plug in produced no ini file in output/preferences folder.
I realise you are presented with a huge problem sorting out the helicopter autopilot with X Plane.
I have managed to get my cyclic to work very close to what I recall the real world cyclic, using settings both in your software, X Plane native settings and VPForce software. Most of the settings are not logical (at least to me) but they achieve the objective. So I am not going to fiddle any further.
Unfortunately, I have not sorted the fuel at re-load problem.
Anyway, thank you for your support.
Regards, Ian

Please enter your license code. FFB support is a feature of the PLUS version.

I'm stumped by the fuel issue. I can say that it definitely works in principle. I can't determine what's causing it to fail on your computer, since it's obviously not the usual suspects.

I apologise; in all the mucking about over the last few days I had failed to apply my plus key to the aircraft. I am now 80 years old and find it hard to believe I ever managed to fly for real!  Tip – don’t get old.
So the helicopter now flies nearly as I remember and the only problem now is the fuel at reload which must be at my end. If I ever sort it I will let you know.
Thank you again
Regards Ian
