Crossing 30KTS | Non-Centering Cyclic

Hello. I have the following issue . I know you modeled the efficiency of AP over 30kts and more like reality . I take off without pressing FTR, enjoying the Cyclic Follow Up of Autopilot . Crossing 30kts during a CAT B or even CAT A Take Off there is the first problem with cyclic moving fwd and changing rapidly my Attitude.
After the cruise phase, preparing for a Flare, at 30KTS my attitude changes rapidly again because the AP resets the actuators position.

Is there a function for users with non-Centering Cyclic ?

For a joystick without centering, I would first activate the option as with a joystick with hardware FTR. This is available in the Plus version.

But the basic problem is different. The moment you exceed the 30 knot limit, the follow up mode is switched off and ATRIM mode is activated. At this moment, the attitude that the helicopter then has is adopted as the reference for the autopilot. The autopilot does everything to maintain this attitude.

But you want to have a different reference. You can set this, for example, by pressing FTR, flying into the attitude you want, and then releasing FTR. When you release FTR, the new reference is set. Alternatively, you can use BEEP TRIM to change the reference.

This is all very unsatisfactory. We know that. But unfortunately we don't have a stick at home that can be moved by motor, like in reality.

Personally, I resisted the idea of adding the follow up mode for a long time because it would make the problems of AP in a cockpit without a motorized stick even worse. In the end, I gave in to the wishes of many users.

If you have an idea of how to solve this problem more elegantly, please let me know. I don't have the imagination for it.

Thank you for answering. And sorry for reading it really late.

Of course I have the Both PLUS version for XP11 and XP12, a double buy. I'm really happy to fly it but this kind of problem is really frustrating me

Is there any way to re-center the actuators before starting the last phase of the flight?
Or maybe a less-aggressive transition phase at 30kts ?

With last updates it became really hard ..
