TDS GTNXi XPlane Support

But the good news is: You can integrate the TDS GTN750 out of the box. It has a so called „Legacy-Mode“ which works as long as there is an integration for another GTN750 (in this case the RXP).

So I am running the TDS GTN in the EC135. There is only one very very small issue: In VR you are not able to use the GTN with the mouse or controllers. You need to pop it out.
In 2D it works completely flawlessly.


Thank you for your reply. It’s a pity. Perhaps the TDS GTN could be added to the PLUS version.

One of our team members bought a TDG GTN and created an INI file for it. We haven't discussed the details yet, so I don't know if there are any limitations, and if so, what they might be.

To be perfectly frank: I find such a statement outrageous.

You call it unsupportive. I call it a conscious decision about what I do in my limited free time. Indeed, I don't concern myself with things that don't interest me in the slightest. It's just a hobby, after all. Anyone who wants to can participate or not.

I don't see what was so rude about that statement. In fact, I and others asked about integrating TDS GTN and pointed out that, according to TDS, the integration would not be nearly as time-consuming as it was with RXP. TDS says it would take 15 minutes.

Since I paid for the Plus version, I simply believe that it must be permissible to request such features.

When the developer—i.e., you—then states that he is "not in the least bit interested" and that he "has to make this clear to me in an undiplomatic way," I find that unsupportive and disinterested.

I still find it interesting how customers who have paid for a product (yes, I have the Plus version) are verbally attacked here just because they make requests for additions.

Since I myself pursue a (paid) hobby in my free time, I can only say that I would never treat my customers this way. But in the end, everyone has to decide for themselves.
