Summary
Spotlight (SX-16) does not shine light on ground while flying
Description
Using the EC135s spotlight, it does not properly light up the ground. The spotlight will turn on and illuminate in the 3D model, but the light does not cast any light on the ground when flying. From sitting on the ground and in the hover, the SX16 appears to work, but flying more than 50 ft AGL, the SX16 only shines directly under the helicopter, and above 200 ft AGL, the SX16 cannot be seen on the ground. The landing light/searchlight is brighter and can be seen on the ground more than the SX16. The light from the SX-16 is not steerable. Using the landing light/SX16 command, the 3D model of the SX16 on the skid will move, but while flying in the air, the light will not shine anywhere else but underneath the aircraft. This is present in all three EC135V5 variants (EMS, PAX, VIP). Attached is sim log, and screen shots of flying with only the SX16 active at 100 ft AGL (with the SX16 pointed forward) and at 500 ft AGL (with the SX-16 pointed directly downward).
