Look into turn direction functionality back as a default?

After installing the latest version that brings the EC135 into compatibility with X-Plane 12.4.0b1, I noticed that my view is "turning to look into the direction of a turn".

I remember that this used to be a feature a few years ago and that one could edit the .ini file to fix that back then. 

But thinking that all options are now governed by in-game options in the pull-down EC135 menu I looked for the option to disable/enable this...in vain.

A friendly user pointed me to an appendix-section in the manual that states the code to put into the .ini file to remove that functionality again.

My question: Is this function intentionally enabled again (I checked the .ini file in the previous version, it does not have the code to disable that function and yet it does not happen when you fly), and IF there is such a function by design, would it not make sense to enable setting/disabling that in the pull-down menu?
