EC135 V5 + XPUIPC ENG2 FAIL

I updated my EC135 to 5.33 in XP12 and encountered a problem where engine 2 N1 would increase to about 50% and then fail.
All failures are disabled. I noticed that after removing the XPUIPC plugin, everything worked fine.

I didn't have this problem in 5.31, and I was also using XPUIPC.

Is there a way to get everything working without removing XPUIPC before each EC135 flight?

There have always been problems with XPUIPC. Back in the X-Plane 11 days, we tried to figure out what was causing it: To allow the FADEC to do its job, we take control of the throttles. This is done by setting a flag in X-Plane. XPUIPC seems to be consistently resetting this flag with every frame.

I see two possible solutions to avoid having to uninstall the plugin every time:
  1. Deactivate XPUIPC in the X-Plane plugin admin before loading the helicopter.
  2. Contact the XPUIPC developer to have them fix the issue.

The question remains, however, why it still worked in version 5.31? We had actually implemented a workaround that allowed us to regain control with every frame. This is obviously just as unacceptable as XPUIPC's behavior and rightly infuriated another developer. Therefore, I have decided to eliminate this workaround and leave the problem-solving to the person who is responsible for it.
