NAV and V/S flashing in yellow stuck in V/S mode

I had a flight with two legs. After the first leg I shut down everything. Then started the second leg, started up and took off. First the V/S was flashing yellow then NAV also even though the AP panel indicated C for coupled.

Also, it seems after restart V/S mode gets stuck. From cruise I disable ALT and start to trim down for descent. But then on it's own V/S appears alongside ALTA and starts flashing in yellow.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong? What is the best way to exit out of upper modes (NAV with ALT hold) for descent?

I forgot to say that after this flashing V/S indicator comes on I'm unable to cancel this mode with the V/S button. It seems to be stuck.

One more thing I just experienced. When disengaging AP.TRIM during approach and re-engaging it, the joystick suddenly works in reverse laterally. If I pull the stick to the left the heli rolls to the right. Might be the same issue in pitch too but I didn't have the chance to test yet as I crashed...

Please check your error description. It starts with the fact that NAV, unlike V/S, can't flash yellow at all. I have no idea what we're talking about here.

Furthermore, we always need the log.txt file that X-Plane wrote for the corresponding flight.
