GTN 750 not starting up

I am having an issue with the GTN 750, at start-up, the helicopter is running with all systems on, but for some reason the GTN 750 are black. I cannot seem to start them up. The NAV source of the ND is red when selecting NMS. If I change the configuration of the cabin, and load up the Garmin 430, it seems to work fine. Any suggestions?

The GTN 750 software is not installed, or the GTNs are disabled in their plugin.

If you upload the log.txt file from X-Plane for the flight where it didn't work, we can tell you more.

There is no GTN 750 is installed, neither the one from RealityXP nor the one from TDS.

The helicopter comes with a configuration file for TDS that we have not tested. RealityXP is officially supported.
